Are the club not currently seeking a new Head of Academy Recruitment? Might be an ideal role if so.

Pembo would be a good addition to the first team set up. Just a manager and assistant ain't enough in the champ-should we get there

I would love pemberton back as we all know what a great coach he is through all the players that came through the ranks with him in charge & how we pushed a Manchester United youth team that close including Jesse Lingard, Michael Keane, Paul Pogba & Ravel Morrison

It depends if Wilder rates him , and what level of salary he is after . Always liked Pembo both as a player and coach . However why did he leave Bristol City . Was he the fall guy , wasn't good enough , face didn't fit . No idea.

Cannot see him coming in as a first team coach . It would rock the boat .

Can't see Wilder wanting Pembo back. Last time they were together Pembo nicked his job.
