It's easy to forget Peck has only been playing as a deep lying midfielder since he entered the first team squad in 2024, and then only became a regular because Arblaster was injured. He's far from the finished article but he's done bloody well to establish himself, attract premier league interest and become an England u21 regular. He's still got plenty of time on his hands and will no doubt achieve a hell of a lot more than Courts did (it hurts to say that because Coutts was sublime and it's a travesty he never got to show his true ability in the premier league).
