I’m pretty sure he came in after Sheridan as well, they replaced a degenerate gambler with an alcoholic.[/QUO
I bet Cookie and Wilder had a few in his office after the game if what you say is right, nothing wrong with having a beer or two with a old mucka

Thought they were very good to be honest. All the negative talk from their lot in the view from didn’t seem to be the case. Defensively they let themselves down but they will pick up points and beat teams they perhaps aren’t expected to

Dan Burn !! - someone is avin a laugh

I bet Brighton are regretting their decision to sign him this summer. If you don’t think enough of him that you’re happy to loan him back, why sign him in the first place.

Always liked him. Plays nice football, always comes across as a decent bloke, always seems to speak highly of us and in hindsight, the job he did at Chesterfield was a minor miracle.

That said, I had no idea he’d shit his pants in a lift, so I might have to re-evaluate my admiration.
O tis regrettable I agree.

Agree with that. They have a solid experienced squad. The number 2, Nathan Byrne, and the number 3, Antonee Robinson, put in the best collection of crosses I`ve seen in a game this season.

Yes well, interesting you mention Nathan Byrne. He was THE outstanding player in League 1 a few years ago for Swindon. He absolutely ran us ragged when we played them. They played him in a more attacking role. I thought he was probably the best player in League 1 by a mile, and would have loved us to have signed him.

I thought he was almost invisible yesterday by comparison.

Well he must be better than I thought! as I had already picked him out as Wigan's best player. Their number 2 and 3 were both excellent in attack!

At least Wigan came here and had a go where others just park the bus and hope to nick one on the break, so credit to them for that. I don't see them having any problems staying in this league they will surprise a few.

Paul Cooks a full weight twat . When he was managing Chesterfield he was staying at the Casa hotel at the side of the ground . Ive heard off someone very high up at the club that he used to pocket his meal allowance and get his dinner ( and more than a few ales ) in the big Tesco on the roundabout . Paul Cook was found in the toilets at Tesco after a particularly heavy ' lunch ' and hed pissed shit and puked all over himself .

A manager that likes a Peroni or two is one thing, Paul Cook is an entirely different animal .
