While we are on the subject of things that need sorting... The big screen, either use it properly, highlights replays etc, or get rid, at the very least stop displaying those pop up adverts during the game that are so bright and distracting they would startle Stevie Wonder if he were in the ground.

Replays of the goals is a modern phenomenon, I thought you meant the scoreboard across the front of the pavilion, where they put up the H/T scores in a grid format and you had to cross reference the scores by looking at the names of the teams in the programme, all listed against letters of the alphabet, red = home, away = white.

W*ednesday was always A and their score was updated throughout the game and there was always a buzz of excitement as the scoreboard updater made his way across to update their score, in the hope they'd gone 1-0 down or worse. This was pre-SWFIUA of course
