Overseas loan rules

I know you can sign 2 PL players on loan, but I’ve read just 1 foreign loan. Is that the case or am I misreading things here?

If so, wonder which one of Restos and Zivkovic is a permanent. If it’s Restos it’ll be absolutely barmy.

I read the rules but am not sure whether any wiser.
I think PL clubs are allowed 4 loans in total. A maximum of 2 from English clubs, so 2 foreign ones.

Incidentally as Berge is still only 21 he will not have to be included in the squad of 25 - so he will not be taking anybody's place.
It makes no difference that he will be 22 in February

I thought that applied to UK developed players

I did begin to doubt myself, but checked on first PL club listed - Arsenal - and Guendouzi is listed as under 21 as an example.

EPL player loan rules ;

No more than four in any 1 season.
No more than two registrations at any one time ( Transfer windows ).
No more than 1 player from the same Club at any one time.
No more than two from Premier League Clubs at any one time.

So we are ok to register two further loans, in addition to Henderson and Besic, this window provided they are not from a Premier League team.
