With Man u looking shaky, Chelsea, Everton and spurs still not great it's probably the best we could hope for.

Leicester and Wolves stand out as the biggest challenges.

Not getting carried away but I definitely am.

Boo Adam, I’m the most pessimistic blade going, but come on man! I’ve looked at Chelsea today and had a twitch!!!

Even that game against Leicester on the first weekend of May doesn't fill me with any fear.

In fact a similar result to the one on the first weekend of May 30 years ago would be ideal.

Plus a similar outcome at Hillsborough as their points deduction has its desired affect.

pre season, I remember looking carefully at the run in, as I thought this could be crucial to survival.

Now, I think it would be catastrophic to go down from this position, and it takes the pressure off, so we can continue to play the same that is obviously working.

It's the most open and bizarre season in years (IMO) - and looking at each of these games, I think every one is winnable, but equally outside Liverpool, pretty much everyone has beaten everyone.

Looking at this list, I'd think nothing now odd about losing to Bournemouth at home, then beating Tottenham at home!

I can't recall the exact odds pre-season but we were certainly amongst the favourites,

I'm pretty sure that if they had been the odds pre-season, you'd be pushed to find many fans 'who hate betting against us', who wouldn't stick a tenner on that!

Just shows how good things are.
