Perfect answer mate, one thing about being a Blade, through thick or thin you get used to the hard times, so that when we manage to achieve something so emphatically you don't turn your nose up. We won this division with room to spare, and anyone who belittles us our moment in the sun is a king size lady garden.

Not sure how I feel about parading the league 1 trophy...feels a little tin pot to me? Cant we juts forget about ever being in this league and crack on with prep for next year. Pigs will have a field day with this one...

Why on earth would a team that had a parade for finishing 2nd in this league, “have a field day” about us having one for being runaway champions? And if they do, that just proves them to be the thickest set of cunts in the country. And who gives a fuck what them scruffy bastards have got to say about it anyway? We’re Sheffield United. We’ve just won a league (ok, a fairly poor league) more comprehensively than any other team in the country. Being in this league in the first place was poor but the lads who have played this season can only beat what’s in front of them and they really have done it in style. They deserve the kudos. They didn’t sneak up because a rival had a player wrongly imprisoned, playing hoofball and relying on loans for their only creative spark. They did it by being far, far better than the rest of the teams in the league. All this whilst being led by the bladiest of blades and a fantastic manager, without the need to sack said manager mid-season for a new manager bounce to get them over the line.

Did wonder, given their past history, if the pigs might embarrassingly sack Carlos to try & push the underachieving billionaires across the line this season? Ranieri's free after all.

Anyway, who gives a shit?

I don't really see it as embarrassing, the pigs had one when they finished second. These moments don't come around often, so let's enjoy it whilst we can. So get down there, have a few beers and cheer on the lads.

Getting 20k home fans to a home match in the Championship
Appointing a journeyman manager they've never heard of because he has a foreign name.

Selling their allocation at Wembley (like pretty much everybody does first time around)
That investor come bankrupt Skegness DJ hanging around in their executive boxes for a full season.
That one of their players knows Ronaldo
Hillsborough being included in a failed world cup bid.

Its easy to have a field day when you are incapable of feeling shame.
