Online ticket sales

The online ticketing system seems to be down. I keep getting the following message:

"Due to the high volume of activity, we are currently unable to connect you. Click here to try again"

So there are so many people wanting to buy tickets that the system has crashed? Wow. Looks like Notts County, Hartlepool and Salisbury will all be sell outs then.

Do you get loyalty points if you already have a season ticket and you bring a friend along? i.e. If you buy a match ticket for someone who isnt a member, do you get the points.

When I was a season ticket holder, I was awarded loyalty points on the odd occasion I called them to buy a ticket for my old man, on top of my points earned for having the season ticket in the first place. Now I am no longer a season ticket holder, whenever I buy me and my old man a ticket, I only get one lot of points.

The whole thing is rubbish, in my opinion.

Why didn't you question why your old man didn't get his own points - if you ask me, you were getting points you shouldn't have done. Perhaps you should give those points back ?
