Online Sales Pricing?

Just tried the online site to book 2 tickets for Fulham game.

Both for season ticket holders registered to my account but didn't do them in time to claim usual seats.

Fancied trying the Westfield Corner for a change as have heard view is spot on with more leg room.

Only problem is when pick my seats and go to basket to pay it puts one ticket at £10 and the other at £15, even when both are applied to the correct season ticket holder.

Anyone else had this issue or know a way round it? Can't be arsed with waiting on phone for an hour for something that should be simple.

Or maybe it's me thats simple and doing something wrong....

It did it to me too. There's a button at the bottom labelled "update basket" or something like that... I found once I clicked on this it picked up the season tickets on both lines.

I had a similar problem. Went online , Put in my season card details for Family Enclosure but all it would allow me to do was buy a seat on the kop!!!! It was well before the season ticket deadline for tickets.

I ended up in a 40 minute queue on the phone on the friday morning when apparently all their ticket staff were experiencing a high demand for tickets. 'let me hold you............for the last time......'

if only it was going to be the last time it happens.
