He would be sent on loan to be provided with more experience for our benefit not the other club

I mean, that option could be £15 million but if the club actually wants to keep him and eventually play him he needs a league 1 loan at a team where he'll be first choice striker.

I would be reluctant to loan him. I know he's had a slow start this season, but I still reckon he has the tools. Ings and Campbell could be great mentors and if he tweaks a couple of areas he could be a real asset this season. Plus we don't have hundreds of strikers so likely to get a chance.

Random and tricky loan destination. Just send him to Wycombe or similar, until January.

If this happened it leaves us with Ings and Campbell as realistic options up front (Cannon is not a realistic option).

I think one more striker out without one more coming in would be an error.
