Swansea striker, 21 year old, 6 foot 2.His goal record doesn't look great . But he's only played about 20 games combined all on loan. Played a few times in prem last year, looked surprisingly quick for a big lad. Wouldn't be a bad signing , mainly because he wouldn't cost a lot, and it's worth a risk. However I'd rate her sign Sam Gallagher

I saw that and thought the same. What has concerned me all summer is how many of the same players we have been linked with and Barnsley have signed it says a lot about where we aiming and what realistic expectations are!

Some scrote with a Twatter account and access to FM ratings making links usually has not a Scooby about whom Wilder is actually enquiring about, whether they sign for Barnsley or not. Experience should be telling people to ignore all this bollocks because they've rarely identified an actual Wilder signing. In fact the last signing came out of the blue with no 'ITK' linking him. It actually says a lot about the imagination of the people that put this out there.

TBH he's banged tons in in swanseas u23's and I think he's only 21. So he's played above his age ranking and finished as there highest goal scorer. Wouldn't be a bad signing . But won't be bothered if we don't sign Him

Wilder was at the Birmingham V Swansea game yesterday, Mccburnie was amongst Swansea's subs but only came on for the last 5 minutes of the game, wonder if Wilder was there to see him play because it makes sense to the rumour of the "young premier league striker" that's supposedly signing next week, could be him.
