Every target seems to of gone elsewhere.

If we bring in at least 3 before the end of the window I’d be happy. Currently doesn’t look that way.

Soumaré is close but that’s about it. We are about to lose Moore.

I was so excited for this summer under new ownership but it seems same old.

Are we so short? We could do with more depth, sure, and that will come. Only place we're glaringly short is at RB. We'll manage through a few games and it'll look a lot better by the end of the window.

I’m as happy with the window as I was at this stage last season, especially if Soumare is announced. I have no doubt we’ll get a ST, a RB and at least one CB before the window closes. Our squad is already strong and I think we’ll fill the gaps.

I hope you’re right. Just seems very last minute. If you look at Brum, Wrexham, Norwich. They’ve all made impressive signings and plenty of them.

I agree we are short of RB cover but I also think we are short of CB cover as well.

Not heard the extent of JLT's injury but if he's not fit we only have RND or an untried kid as bench cover for Saturday.

I would rather go in to battle with better bench options than either of those.

Fair. I don't think JLT is a serious injury, just sounded like he'd potentially overloaded and stressed his foot which can happen in pre season. Wouldn't expect him to be out for too long.

Just a pity that other clubs do not want to release them at the time we need them, but unfortunately that is not the way business is done unless you want to pay over the odds and then possibly still not get who you want.

Target ? How would you know what our real targets are ? So far it seems we have signed the ones we wanted.

I believe Sellès is on record saying he prefers a lean squad - no bloat, so it's going to be a case of quality over quantity. It'll bite us, should the Shirecliffe Sniper reappear. But, in that respect, we seem to more rigourous in our 3 day medicals, so perhaps the medical team and the philosophy around injury management will mean a lean squad can be resilient.
