Old Cricket Pavilion Benches

I believe when the cricket pavilion was stopped being used in the early 70s, some of the old/original benches were given as gifts to directors, sponsors etc.

Does anyone own one of these and possibly be willing to part with it?

They were bloody heavy.

August 1969 a number of us were asked to shift them from the terracing after a Yorkshire CC match so that the Lane could be ready for the first home game against Middlesbro'.

(Arthur Rowley sacked on the same day as our furniture removals).
