I'd be very interested in Marriott - he fits perfectly into the ethos: young, room to improve and value for money. Whenever I see Derby and he's in the team, either Marriott or Mount are the best players. Lampard's ineptitude can be measured in the lack of game time he's given to his best striker. He also fits into Wilder's philosophy of future proofing the squad: we'd have arguably the best second tier natural goalscorer not at the club, with the best part of a decade of football left in him. A natural successor to Sharp. That said, they'd have to be realistic with the price. Maybe half of the asking price for Maupay/Mcburnie.
Mount would be good as a development signing, but I can't see Chelsea parting with him for anything less than mega money. I'm not fussed about Wilson. His reputation derives from spectacular goals; his work rate and all round game is very average.
