Not in a position to have a good view ( behind goal on kop) but instincts said clarke was offside but billy? It came off the post from a (brilliantly) worked free kick, not saying he was but I was a bit surprised, anybody heard/ seen out?

Clarke was clearly on. Billy was a yard off for the Clarke goal but wasn't anywhere near the ball.

Not sure about Billy from the free kick, happened too quick.

In line with Clarke one. Clarke was onside when the ball was played, Sharp off but "not participating". My view should have stood. Same as Punk Blade for Sharp one. It got a rebound but haven't a clue who was where and neither had the linesman.

Chris Wilder said they thought Leon was onside after they viewed it. So did I in real time.

I assume no comment on Billy's means he was off. Billy himself looked across at the Lino. Too fast for me to tell.

I looked to the linesman straight away for both so off was my instinct but I wasn't in a good position to judge either. Just happy to see us open them up like that and getting in the right positions really.

As an aside, wasn't it good to see a well worked free kick, it caught them out, and me!

What happened where Clarke was called offside after playing the ball to himself?
If its the one Im thinking of he was offside but brilliantly shield the play up until Stevens got near him ,and then for some reason only known to him when Stevens got there he touched the ball

Sat on front row of kop Billy was onside timed his run perfectly
