Dedicated Nyron Nosworthy has already moved to Sheffield in order to make the best of his loan move from Sunderland to the Blades.
Getting to the club's training site is a piece of cake.
Believe some people and it was a different tale at Nosworthy's first club Gillingham but the big defender says there is no truth whatsoever that he used to run to training!
