Using those criteria (which I agree with) and being realistic (so out of work with no real hope of getting a Prem/decent Champ club or currently employed by a club no higher than L1 or by 'small' foreign club), what does the shortlist look like should we get rid of DW?

Short probably! Although it's likely to look a lot better than the actual list which is something like Morgan, Cresswell, Pemberton and Slade.

I would normally be siding with Coops on this but unfortunately, you can't just turn on form and confidence and unfortunately, we're sadly lacking in both. The only positive is that the likes of Swindon, Tranmere and Brentford seem to be as bad as us at the moment although I still think someone like MK Dons could crash the party and win the play-offs.

It would be typical of us to go into the play-offs in appalling form and finally win one and our only hope seems to be keeping clean sheets and hoping but as we saw last season, even that didn't work.

We must be the only team ever who played 3 play off games of 90 minutes (plus extra time in the final) without conceding a goal and still didn't go up.
