Sorry for being blatantly obvious, but a few points to make.
Firstly, the whole lot from board level down haven't got a clue. I feel sorry for Adkins in the fact the board aren't backing him and the players he has at his disposal are pathetic but I get the feeling he's very stubborn. Won't move from his 4-4-2 principles when we looked miles better in a 4-3-3 as at Bradford. We cannot play 4-4-2 - we aren't physical enough and are far too nesh. Donny made us look good. Whenever we play a side like that and we play 4-4-2 we will comfortably lose.
We still look pathetic in defence, Collins simply isn't good enough. Basham in a 4-4-2 isn't consistent enough, we all know Baxter isn't. We don't have any pace going forward apart from Adams and Done and won't spend the money we need to add to it.
No defence, no midfield, and flattering to decieve upfront. It's looking onimus.
Have we improved at all on the field since this board took us over?
