Possibly the worst miss I have seen an open net smashed over the bar! (He had a good game though superb ball for the first goal).

The second one was easier than it looked too. 20 yards out, keeper rooted to the middle of the goal off balance, just had to hit the target.

Can’t understand how the guy can strike a ball beautifully to play a 50 yard pass diagonally across the pitch to someone’s toe end but he can’t strike a ball towards 192 ft2 of pretty unguarded goal.

It’s quite unbelievable to me that a man can hit a 30-40 yard pass to within inches and then misses that.

Yes, he should have hit the target but the pitch is looking tired and worn in a few places.

To be fair - the worst miss was MGW's header in the 1st half and that had nowt to do with the pitch.
