However. How do the squad players over 21 get practice?

think its more theres not enough clubs running reserve teams to make it worth while

theyve been disappearing for a few years

It is getting more common, but I think a reserve side is essential for fringe players and players coming back from injury. In my opinion, it's a short-term solution. I don't know how getting rid of the reserves and replacing them with the U21's saves us, but we need to get out of L1, and we do that by performing on the pitch. Every extra inch we can get out of these players may be the difference between a draw and a win, or going up and staying down.

Didn't morgs look after the reserves? As wouldn't the u18 & u21's come under pembo.

Think the u21's can have 3 overage players in team
