I have never put our great fans down and never will but today that wasn't us. The kop seemed almost expectant of the players to deliver today and acceptant that we would win because we were 5th and they were bottom.

Stay humble Blades, be realistic and fight every game just as hard as Wilder and the boys do. They need us.

I was on the kop today and there was a rendition of allez.
But tbf it was a bit muted.
I thought the atmosphere wasn’t great today, but then again it matched the subdued performance.

Wilder went straight down the tunnel after shaking hands with piggy Pearson. Bit unusual. Maybe he needed to wash his hands.

Atmosphere was poor. Always is on Boxing Day. Fans pitch up expecting a performance, opposition look to frustrate. Do think the noise levels have dropped off a little.

Hoping things will be louder against West Ham.

We're Yorkshiremen; 'Allez' for promotion was great but this song was never going to achieve the gusto needed for it to catch on fully and sound any good in South Yorkshire.

Agree with other posters, maybe because it’s Boxing Day, maybe it was the turnstile issue, but whatever, definitely a subdued atmosphere today.

And not a great game of football.

I saw Wilder trying to up our tempo (which was impossible with Watford's tactics) but I sometimes wonder if he gets frustrated that we don't do that as fans sometimes at home.
Our fans are class, but when teams frustrate us, we get as frustrated as the players do.

The oppo tactics shouldn't deter our support. We have been a wall of noise this season, too many Christmas jumper/once a season mob in today.

I was on kop. I admit it was flat. But the whole day was. Flat game. Flat atmosphere. Drab weather. Christmas hangover. Very forgettable.
