And I still can't understand what we are trying to achieve.

We don't play with any urgency
We don't have runners making moves in wide positions or upfront
We pull everyone back for corners
We allow teams to push up on us and we struggle to get out of our own half.
Our 'captain' if possible is playing worse after Weir game him a reprieve
Our strikers, whoever it is doesn't make the runs into the channels and even if/when he does he doesn't get the ball because we don't get the chance to face up and play balls round the corner.

So my questions are

Apart from time of possession (which was even yesterday) what have we achieved this season?
What have we improved on from last season?
What 1 thing gives you hope that the tactics Weir is insisting we play will eventually work?
What is it you have seen in the games so far that the players are only a few games away from that eureka moment where it falls into place.
What is it about David Weir's mannerisms make you believe the players are listening to him?

I so wanted this appointment to work and I was so excited by it that I feel like I have been let down/duped.

Someone tell me how all this can be turned round?
