My email to Jim Phipps last weekend didn't question Adkins, it questioned the board. They've created this mess.

They need to fix it and the answer isn't (and rarely is) to sack the manager.

Problem is nobody can be arsed. It's pointless saying it on a forum, nobody listens. You start to protest and the local media jump on the bandwagon and then they get questioned. When was the last time we heard from McCabe? When Adkins was appointed?

We REALLY need to get rid of almost all of this lot. Writing this season off now, no point holding hope we'll do anything. Big changes next season when most are out of contract.

seems to me that when a new manager comes in, he is still saddled with the same shit team and so it appears to get new players in, he will have to move some out but nobody wants them so the "manager" whoever he his is in catch 22 position

Nigel Adkins had half a team of future internationals at Southampton playing in the third division, no wonder they went up.

He also got no mark Scunthorpe up twice which tells me the current squad of players is worse than Scunthorpes was.
