Here's what I did this season after the teaser. I'd take either, maybe change the trim a bit or put the Adidas stripes down the side, to match whatever Adidas' "design language" is next season.

You'll never get a shirt with full red and white stripes on the sleeves and the shirt with Adidas. Think its their last year though, and hoping for Umbro. I like the Hummel shirts though as a bit of a left field alternative.

These are some recent Adidas templates that could look good as home and away options (with colour changes of course). Particularly like the shirt using the Germany template - would be a nice little nod to our Bashambauer

Number four, bottom right would do in red and white with a red collar.

I liked last years home kit and & this years away florescent kit

From the past I liked the home kit we played in under Warnock the year of the two semi finals

The narrow red stripes Deano wore [and that away florescent kit too]
And the white with the black hoop ‘Wards’ away kit

Worst kit was the diamond home kit [Wards?] and last years black and orange away monstrosity

My nominations as follows. Some good old fashioned wide and bold stripes on the home (and on the back as well please!) and a more traditional yellow away. Sponsors logos preferably in a colour matching the kit!
After this season's underwhelming efforts I'm fairly confident both Adidas and SUFC would make a few quid more on these.

It'll never happen, but I'd love to see the Argentina World Cup kits in Blades' colours.

Simple, smart home shirt with stripes front AND back (featuring central stripe). I love the subtle pattern within the stripes. Then switch the blue in the away shirt for red and you're away.

I agree, this season's is great for me, but Adidas seem to like buttons and collars for some teams, Man U have a weird diddy button up thing, and Adidas are making Arsenal's kit next season and that has a proper 90s polo shirt style collar if leaks are to believed.

Ramsdens deal is only for a year (there is an option for a further one) but I’d presume following this season’s success even if we don’t go up we I’m sure there will be a line of Co’s looking to throw some cash at us, also considering we are on sky every other week

Sometimes it's worth accepting that trends move quickly, especially in football. Its going to be red and white stripes of some form, but to expect it to be a very specific way that its always been (it hasn't) is backward.

Do something mental, I bet it would sell better than anything we'd had for ages. Then we will get a 'throwback' nod to it in a strip in ten years time that flies off the shelves due to nostalgia. So what I'm saying is I'm ready for us to return to red and white diamonds.
