with the success we had in the FA cup beating aston villa, fullham, notts forest ect, n reaching wembley do you think next season we should just go for promotion or do you think theres room for a hopefully similar FA cup run? i personally want promotion because we arnt a league 1 club and definetly shouldn't be a league below pigs or toy towners. and i miss sheffield derbys lol. but on the other hand i wouldn't mind a FA cup run, just not at the expense of promotion. hopefully we'll get piggys in a cup game next season n smash them n hopefully reach automatic promotion. but thats me, what does everyone else think??

As we saw under Clough... It is possible to do well in the league as well as embark on an FA Cup run. Hopefully both might happen but I think promotion is Nigel's main priority next season.

....and did you say you miss Sheffield derbies? I hope Wednesday get relegated next season and we'll take their place in the Championship. Can't stand them.

go out in the 3rd round after drawing man city away , get to the semi's of the J P T,
pigs and toytown to be relegated , that's a good season , I 'd be happy with that .

However, this changed after the Cardiff PO final when Colin managed to convince some that our dismal showing was due to us winning a few cup games. Sadly, this didn't seem to get put right after Burnley saw us off at Wembley "despite" two cup runs of their own against our "surrender" from the cups that season.
Poor old Harry, after looking a right tit throughout Jan/Feb/Mar with his FA Cup regrets, is getting in early this season!

To be fair to "Colin" ( I find the use of that name a real shame) , he didn't invent the concept of too many games causing tiredness at the end of the season.

He was good at the shit excuses, but for me that isn't one of them.

Win lose or draw, promotion or relegated, 1st or final....... Were all blades ain't we.. Seriously I don't care about the cups sure the romance is great but I'd rather concentrate on the league, we all know the big guns are gonna win them so let's take the league by storm, champions by end march and have a 2 month party home and away..

Regardless of this another season ticket means another roller coaster ride of emotions, I wouldn't change it for the world.. You fill up my senses
