Great to see a new "big flag" for the Kop - it's reminiscent of the 90's when we had several on the Kop every other week and for big games. The Huge white one that was at Wembley in '93 is still the best!

Where did the new one come from???? Is it fan or club owned?? It would be great if we could get another one, looks great before games and every real Kop should have one. Well done to those who got it organised, finally adding a bit of color and life back into our famous Kop.

Ah but was it firesafe :)

Think the huge one ended up being binned from what others said on here

It's Club owned... assuming to commemorate the 125 years.

I know one of the Handsworth lads was in possession of the flag for the Crewe away game, not sure if they've got it for keeps or not though.

Can't we have the drummer and the Viking hats back

Ha ha, those fellas were funny.

Don't let the pigs know we were actually the first club to have a drummer in 1993-1994, well before their post Euro '96 brass band. Luckily our fans clocked onto the idea that it go pretty annoying, so binned off the drum by the end of the '95-'96 season I think.

Do you remember that fella with the bugle at the back of the Kop that would play Greasy Chip Butty once a game, ridiculously out of tune.

Talking of the 90's, can anyone else remember the lad who played the trumpet on the Kop?

Good comedy band mate. I vaguely know the band member who has an almost identical twin, can't think of his name, they have their own band In The Nursery.

Well worth seeing, good to hear from you fella.......you big 'un is a funny fucker.
He is a funny fucker. Growing up with me obviously rubbed off on him
Klive Humberstone is the twinny
