Disagree, think it’s good to have specialist coaching in every area. Look at how McBurnie has improved under Jack Lester for example.

This will help allow Heckingbottom to manage effectively overall rather than get sidetracked trying to coach in areas he doesn’t necessarily specialise in.

On a side note I think Heckingbottom is getting better and better as a manager, you can see he’s learned from past experiences and is now putting that to good effect.
