Was surprised he was so critical of his own team, questioning his players performances more than suggesting we were just far too good.

But good to hear someone admit our gulf in quality. He should have stuck to that line, and took some of the flak himself. He prepared his team to play a side that had an unknown entity...we had Hanson playing and therefore a totally different animal to the one he had been preparing for.

Wasn't Hanson signed just before the Fleetwood game 10 days ago? Ardley's had plenty of time to prepare and will also have faced Bradford already so hardly an unknown entity.
