He’s 23 and he isn’t ready for more first team football yet? Despite playing for 5 different clubs before signing for us. Plus having played 55 times for a poor Hartlepool team and scoring 14 goals.

When will he be ready? Next season? Christmas 2020? or when he turns 30?

I think wilder will send Thomas out on loan, just to see if he can kick on and improve!!. Wilder saw a glimpse yesterday of what he can do but he really needs game time and he won't get that with us. The best scenario is send him out on loan, wilder then has the choice to bring him back if he does well or just get rid if he doesn't fit in with wilder's plans. Utb

Just saying what wilder said, when he signed him. Before he had a chance to fall out with him.
I'm not saying he shouldn't be in the first team picture, iv never seen him play. I'm just disputing that it's down to some falling out.

He'll do what he did at Hartlepool, play a one-man game and never learn a thing. He needs to have his flair channelled into the team system, not neutralised but channelled.
