It's a bad clip. but it does look like he may have controlled the ball with his arm. Stan obviously didn't think so

I hadn't ever seen film of the incident but I remember Stan scoring and being amazed it was disallowed.

Everything that could have gone wrong went wrong that day. They were a lousy team that year as well.
