Yes they do bit like a conveyor belt. But that particular shirt is a players version. The badge is different from the ones the fans could buy. Player issue

The difference is the badge, the replica club shop stuff has a panel for a badge, yours which is a player version has the cloth material and the lions etc embroidered through it

Likelihood is the kitman received 60 shirts for a game he printed 2 x 20 odd for the players and what’s left put out for them to sign.

Blank versions of these become valuable because people are never going to get say a #7 Beckham shirt so they source blank ones and apply numbers and names on the back.
