Born in 1982 i went to my first blades games in the 1989/90 season and was very lucky that it was a promotion season. I went to about 15 home games and loved every minute of it so much so i got a season ticket the year after and for years then on. I went through highs, lows and relegation but still enjoyed going even in the late 90's and early 00's when we spent a few seasons mid table not pulling many tree's up, i have seen us with a 3 sided ground and like most lose all the big games we were involved in ie palace at Wembley, pigs in the semis etc etc but never did i expect us to sink this low, i have never seen us play in the third tier of English football and a few years ago never expected to in the near future. I still can not get my head round why we are going down without a fight i look at results and see teams like palace, preston and scunny doing what they can and fighting to give them hope, i have seen managers come into sides like preston, coventry and scunny and make a difference but us and mickey adams has simply been a disaster. It never entered my head in August and even in early jan that we would actually go down but it is going to happen and far to easily IMO. The blades i know and love have fight and commitment but not this squad there is NO fight and NO commitment at the club whatsoever. It will kill me to see my team relegated to league 1 i have seen relegation's but i don't think getting relegated from the premier league on 2 occasions on the last day of the season is anything to be embarrassed about but to get relegated BOTTOM of the table which is going to happen with games left to play is an embarrassment. Going forward all i can see is administration which in the current financial climate does not bare thinking about, playing Chesterfield in a league match is a scary thought as well never mind them beating us. I don't have much hope for the future i think Micky adams is NOT the man to take us forward and we should get rid now put pembo in charge and play some youth players. Play with pride, finish on a high and maybe even ruin someones promotion party.

Farewell championship we had some good times, i'd like to say we'll be back soon but i can not see it anytime in the near future.

We won't go into administration. Why would McCabe write off almost all his investment?

I'd also disagree that Tangoman has made much difference at Preston - they're still coming down with us and they're in even more of a financial mess.

>playing Chesterfield in a league match is a scary thought
the fact they have a better ground than us is just as scary!

>playing Chesterfield in a league match is a scary thought
the fact they have a fuller ground than us is just as scary!

Is that any better Soppo?

Is that any better Soppo?

Given that it only holds about 10,000, it's hardly surprising it will be fuller is it? Despite our shocking season, and the small following from Cardiff, interesting that our attendance last night was still better than most.

>Sorry but thats Bollocks
well of course it is.. they're on the up though. that was the point
