For the first time all season, every time a player was out of position because they'd pressed or harried a team mate filled in seamlessly. That's why Norwood etc looked so much better. They relied on each other and never allowed anyone to get isolated. How many times were we dribbled past in a one on one? 2 or 3 at most. That makes all the difference.

An amazing performance and based on the dirge we've provided all year, no fans and life being so shit in general then of course they all deserve 10/10

I think you have created a mini 'thing'. People roll up here expecting a rant with humour and they are not usually disappointed. Not a 'fan club' in the sense it's your mates or a clique, but the same old people tend to comment from week to week.

I've got no idea what you mean ref: 'hyperbole'. My style of writing is mine and more absurdist than hyperbolic. And it's not something I work on. I just do it and hope people see humour out of the (at times) misery.

The mini 'thing' is unintentional. And I have been doing it for some years, mainly 'From The Cheap Seats'. Like most things blunt, harsh, realistic and truthful (Game Changing Investments, The Desso, the worth of one Kevin McCabe) sometimes the nuances of reality pinch and nip a bit for some. I can't apologise for that.
