Skipper Chris Morgan admits a career as a manager is his intention in years to come.

"I think when you have been a player it's always something automatically that you look at. And it's probably been since about last summer when I thought I'd start looking at my coaching badges and it's something that you need to do if you want to put yourself into a position to go on to coach.

"There's a few of us – me, Richard Cresswell, Nick Montgomery, we have all been speaking about starting them so it is something I'd like to do and you think to yourself if I'd have started them last year I might be in position now to help out coaching-wise."

Say hello to the next blades manager

Say goodbye to any hope of passing football then, and thereby thousands of fans. If Birch's vision of proper football from academy to first team is to come to pass, where does Row Z Morgan fit in to the scheme?

Creswell, Morgs and Monty as a managerial dream team?

Stick Monty in charge of the kids, and then you'll have them all playing the blades way!

Birches vision will never become reality while McCabes in charge and whos too say Morgan wont want too play passing football if and when he becomes a manager?

I thought Morgs was supposed to be "coaching" this defense while he is injured. Not looking good is it?
