... buike that can cost upwads

t look at the state of those jeans! (Not the first thing I noticed, I have to admit).
Jeans like that can cost upwards of £450, I kid you not. There's a shop on Division Street that has a healthy clientele of young pro footballers who love labels and can't wait to spend their riches.

Some coup having got this lad in. He’s outstanding! Let‘s hope Wolves don’t recall him in January.

It's not called The Kings New Clothes by any chance is it?

Some Wolves fans making rumblings already

It's a season long loan I believe, so would hope it's watertight until at least Jan
it says in that article there is a Jan recall clause. Unfortunately i think there is with just about every loan these days (except for Coulibaly of course… he has no recall clause ever, even when his loan finishes at Beerschot!)

He’ll go back to Wolves in January, 100%. They look shite. We should be looking at replacements now just in case

Very mixed views on wolves forum, quite a few saying they dont think he will be good enough for them and another saying he would take 15 mill for him.

It’s pretty understandable from them. We love him because he looks great for us but I’d also argue our current set up is perfect for him he’s not an out and winger an it would be a big step up to be a solo number 10 in the prem. For us he can float across the whole three with at least one if not two other players that opposition has to equally account for which buys him space and also gives him players in close proximity to link with this maximises his clear strengths and probably hides his weaknesses. That’s a credit to the coaching staff to build a system that looks ideal for him.

Totally agree….it’s a massive factor how formations and team mates bring out the best in players.
It‘s very possible that MGW could return to Wolves and struggle looking like a totally different player.
In our team he’s being given responsibility with the chance to shine, he also seems to have formed a brilliant understanding with N’dieye.

Yep completely hopefully we’ll find a player on the left of the 3 who also clicks with those two. An example of that would also be Brewster went to Swansea had that connection with Gallagher from the England set up and they just carried it on in the championship. Whereas now with us he looks tidy but not a leading championship number 9 at this point.

Brewster?? Tidy??? I'd hate to see your house mate

I think he’s been ok the last few games he’s played his touch is good and the releases the ball well. He doesn’t look like a line leading centre forward at the moment but I don’t agree that he’s looked a liability because he hasn’t in my view. Think he’s been a steady 5/6 out of 10 most games which is average and I think he looked above average to good against Swansea.

Not sure if by instruction or because centre of the park was overly congested but didn't drift across the line today, was stuck very rigidly to the right flank and looked poorer for it.

Would like to see him get a chance in the center of the 3, which he has said more than once is his favorite position.

Obviously poses the question where to play Ndiaye if that happens tho

If he was rigid on the right why didn't he get back to help Baldock. In my opinion a few times they switched it and they had a man over.

Just an observation, but yesterday MGW seemed to be trying to play for free kicks, pens and bookings quite a bit,

Hopefully he’ll realise that those sort of antics are best kept in the prem but his decision making yesterday was a bit questionable. Sometimes you’re better off trying to keep on your feet and letting the player tackle you instead of preempting a foul and going down

Wasn’t his best game but the previous games he’s been fantastic

He did a five in the box at the last home match as well as those dives yesterday. I absolutely hate it!

I remember our fans have previously gone crazy at our players for doing it, hopefully we will with him if he carries on

Credit to MGW IMO. Id say for the last 2+ years we haven't dived enough. I'm sick of us being naive Sheffield United expecting shite officials to feel sorry for us and all of a sudden change their stance on modern officiating. I want to see us getting those shite ratty decisions that wind up opposition fans. Fuck being fair nowadays otherwise the game eats you up. UTB ⚔️

Hopefully United are putting feelers out for a replacement in January, Wolves look poor. Maybe their win yesterday will kickstart their season and theyll forget about MGW, fingers crossed

A number of Wolves supporters are happy for Morgan Gibbs-White to stay at Sheffield United all season, or even see the club sell him in January

His performances have dropped in recent weeks, notably against better opposition. I like him a lot, but they're right about him not being PL regular ready.
His time is best served with us this season. If he scores 10-15 and assists a load then he'll go back a much better player either ready for their first team or a more saleable asset.

It's a pity we didn't buy him last season instead of Brewster .we probably could have had Gibbs- White, Hourihane, Olsen, and change...

We wouldn’t have got Gibbs-White cheaper than Brewster or at all really his stock is lower now than it was then.
