The other picture on there shows ones on Cherry St/ John Street. These are not even interlinked roads?

Concerning if is building flats on bit where car park is near the Kop and then also in the corner near the hotel (small car park); both corners of the South Stand.

Ground will look a right eye sore with flats on two corners; in addition to the hotel and the corner with the enterprise centre. The only other corner looks a right bloody mess (Kop/John St) anyway

Still if it gets him more $ doubt McCabe will care

The Bramall Lane / South Stand corner looks great in my opinion

As for the kop corner and the Blades Enterprise Centre, don't they pre-date McCabe?

The kop corner and the hotel corner are probably the 2 worst examples of modern football architecture built in recent years and we've been lumbered with em both. Why build these non football entity's into the stadium when there's plenty of land inside the Bramall lane footprint to accommodate such developments. Its a long way off but If we ever get to the Prem again I for one have not yet given up the hope of United needing a 35,000 plus stadium again. If we can't develop the lane properly, don't develop it all.

All that thick chunky concrete and you can only fit in the same number of people as you could on a standard double-decker bus*. It's an abomination of a stand.

*I'm exaggerating, innit.

But those people living in the flats will object to the future planning applications to build on the pitch.

On Bramall Lane then not at the ground. Just an idea at the moment it seems. Probably waiting for the transfer fee for McEverly to come in!

That'd be one of the door handles paid for then.

Quite like the CGi...got a bit of a '50's' retro feel about it..sure flats wil be shit mind ...

They've also designed Connor Sammon's replacement.

It seems I'm wrong about that because it appears the money has been carved up between two people who have since "left" the club :0

Hey lads, get this:

Q: what do Sheffield United do when they get a corner?

A: Build a hotel on it.

BOOM!

I used the Francis Urquart photo for something yesterday, so it's use can be implied with another "you may say that, I couldn't possibly comment! ;)
