Why? There are better right backs which won't cost as much and most of the top 4-5 teams already have them at their clubs. Man Utd, Chelsea, Arsenal, Man City, Liverpool wouldn't be interested for the money Spurs would want IMHO, and frankly he isn't good enough defensively yet for a top team.
