Nice thread Camden.
Bunn I'm sure is a lovely lad, but unfortunately, like our manager, is way out of his depth.
I'm not a big fan of yours as you have probably noticed, but thought I would take these comments in isolation.
1) I don't know or care if he is a lovely lad. I do remember him making a save or two in the Pigs game especially one at 2-0 that kept them at bay.
I also remember a good save, nay an excellent save against Boro on the opening day that kept things level.
You mention in your previous post that Bunn doesn't command his area. You may well have a point but I have to say that my recollections of Paddy are that he often seemed to have a bungee cord from his body to the post to stop him getting outside his 6 yard box.
Bunn isn't the worlds best keeper by many a mile, but neither is he "shit" as previously posted. Worse than Kenny, possibly but 7 games and no real blunders later I would suggest the jury is out rather than he should be axed. Also, Paddy is one of the best outside the Premiership, hardly an easy task to be better than him.
Onto your comments on Blackwell. Lets do a quick record check on Blackwells Championship experience.
1) Got a Leeds team who were on a general downward spiral, worked with no money whatsoever and got them to a play off final.
2) Took us from a bad position under Robson almost to play off position in less than 20 games.
3) Took us to within 3 points of promotion and a play off final
4) 7 games into the season, we are 6th. Vastly reduced wagebill.
Yep, Blackwell is indeed a man out of his depth. It shows.
