Missed opportunity or a massive let off (no pun intended)

A win today would have opened up a 7 point gap but, despite losing, it only reduced to 4. Suppose it depends on how Tuesday goes but will we ultimately look back on today as a missed opportunity or a great escape?!

As things stand it will be a miracle if we get anything on Tuesday. Take the loss and regroup for Saturday.

Disagree, think Tuesday's a far better chance to get 3 points. Going into it as arguable underdogs given our defensive personnel available. Brentford is going to be very very difficult

man UTD 2 blackburn 3

its not only us that has the odd weird result

I reckon we could lose at Walsall, if we get 2 sent off again

My biggest concern is that this has been coming for a while, we got away with it against Preston and Scunny but we can't afford to only turn up for half a match as we are doing at the moment.

I think it is both a missed opportunity and a let off.

Things could easily have been much worse. But had we done what we should have done and won we would be looking very comfortable and looking forward to Tuesday with confidence.

A kick up the arse is sometimes the best thing that can happen, just gives the bioss the ammo to go with the thrown tea cups in future games

Let's be right we everything that could go wrong did go wrong yesterday now it's up to the players manager and us the fans to make sure it was just a crazy day in our history that we will one day look back on and laugh about

It's obviously both - if you're going to balls up, do it when everyone else does too. First position was never going to happen anyway.

However, we should have easily won the game; Fulham are currently in the process of doing exactly what we should have done yesterday. Why we always take the foot off the pedal at 2-0 is beyond me.

yeah we're only four points clear.. it's a disaster
in fact if we'd beat the pigs and won yesterday we'd be 13 points clear.. in fact if we'd have beaten charlton we'd be 17 points clear.. in fact if we'd have beaten wigan we wouldn't be down here.. you can drive yourself mad with this shit.. we are where we are and we're still in a great position

>think it was more accidentally selecting reverse instead of 5th gear
i once left the car in reverse through no fault of my own at a bus gate when i drove off i reversed straight into a taxi behind me :D
