As these clash, I personally want Millwall to win their 5th round tie so that the league game is moved to a Tuesday night. This must be better than a 1pm kick off with their mindless morons following the 'Flag'?

A night match would also create a better home atmosphere, coupled with the game being a touch nearer the end of the season.

Our home losses this season were played on a midweek!

Hope they lose so we can keep with the Saturday. It's good to have a fixture with a bit of an edge and there are very few of those in L1.

If the Millwall fans want to bring their rainbow flags and Refugees Welcome banners, I think we should support this.
Absolutely.

They can sit either side of the big one that says 'You're going to get your fucking heads kicked in'. It's beautifully punctuated and written in a lovely font.

Watch out for the bloke with the Greenpeace cap and CND badges, he's their top boy. Nasty bastard as well.

If they got Chelsea Arsenal or Spurs in the quarter final and had there annual flag day then , i am sure they would get a lot more Street- cred , than cracking a few skulls , at little old BDTBL .

The perfect flag would be a representation of Harry the Dog shaking an asylum seeker's hand, while kicking him in the groin.

Thats right ya selfish bastards ,
My flights are booked , if the games called off its going to mean going on the piss all day in Sheffield :) before heading back to Èire .
some people have no consideration for other people

Lets hope it is on a Saturday and Millwall bring a good following. It will certainly liven up the atmosphere at BDTBL.

It would give them a full days drinking in Sheffield before the match too. I hear they get even more stroppy after a drink?

Similar vein, trains booked and leave etc sorted.

A cancelled match day would mean a day with the In laws going round fecking Bakewell, Chatsworth or some other hell hole.... Already lost the Oxford game last Saturday (though replaced sensibly with an all day drinking session in Ealing) and going to Bristol Rovers on Valentines day has cost me millions of brownie points.

Who dreams up these fixture changes!

can't get to the Saturday match , so if it gets switched to a Tuesday there's a slim chance I can get to that one.
But I do not like midweek matches.....

Let's hope they get a Prem team that run rings round them, leave them knackered and we then rearrange the game for the midweek following this game. :)

Of more interest in the 6th Round should be Oxford.

If they pull one of the none league teams in round 5 and get through, then they will be in the 6th round.

We play Oxford in the rearranged game on the Tuesday before the 6th round game - every little helps.

Hell hole. Dull yes but it's Bakewell, it's not Aleppo.

If Milwall go through and Oxford go out they could shift Oxford to the Saturday 6th round day ??!!

If this fixture is posponed (which is very frustrating, given we hardly seem to have played at home on a Sat this season) it also means, potentially we have only one home game in the whole of March.

yep, good shout - suppose it depends on whether tickets have been release by Oxford for the Tuesday by the time they are in/out of the cup.

Would rather have Oxford thinking about playing Man U and not getting injured on the previous Tuesday.

Peterborough play Oxford in a League 1 match on March 11th

A Saturday fixture will always be more profitable for the club .
If it is played on a Saturday most people are off work ,kids are out of school ,people are more willing to attend in the daytime with a few degrees warmer temperature and some light.
