to be honest i agree with the other guy, the rules thingy is a load of old flannel. the punishment is what, a transfer embargo? what the hell difference does that make once youve signed who you need to in the transfer window?!? not to mention that there must be ways round it all anyway. mccabe and his cronies could massage the figures to make us the most successful club in the history of the universe, im sure he could "increase" our turnover or "decrease" our wage bill if he really tried...
