You are of course correct with that statement, but any team is only as good as the service they recieve.

I didn't see the Stoke game as I was on holiday, but we apparently played a pressing/denial game when we didn't have the ball.

Perhaps we may deploy this style a bit more in this division. CW & AK like a pressing style and they employed it a bit more I am told at Northampton. We may see it a bit more this season and where better to start this than M'boro. They for sure will have more of the ball and I doubt our management team will just sit back and accept it. They will want us to GET the ball back.

I expect a full on 14 man game with subs made more out of distance covered by our closing down style on Saturday.

I've never met a boro fan I've found to be Billy big bollocks so see you guys much the same as most of us blades. The only boro fans I wasn't partial to were the 20 odd who chased me and my mate round the streets around ayrsome park in the 80s when we arrived late.

You're spot on us and Boro are very alike both good working class clubs with support that has gone up and down and with teams that have gone up and down

Just irks me to see some blades now getting defensive and abusive if other fans don't come on here telling us how great we are
