I'm with the theory that more drinking time ups the atmosphere usually but I've got a feeling it won't matter this Sunday. According to a few locals we were the noisiest fans Milton Keynes have ever had and I know that we could've been louder last weekend so sing at the top of your voices on Sunday and let's get every pub around the ground rocking after too.

Pub rocking after?! WTF?!

I'm in the pub before mate!

I'm not a huge fan of these KO times as I have to get up a bit too early for my lazy liking to leave from High Wycombe but wouldn't miss this one. Going to be rocking! Hope to see a few familiar faces.

High Wycombe?

You poor thing, it was bad enough having to work there, I couldn't bear the thought of having to live there.

Reckon GCB will be loud & even the John Street stand might sing it ;)

After that I reckon it'll be quiet. Nothing to play for & most will be more interest in seeing the lads lift the trophy afterwards.

Not a fan of Sunday kick offs in general but midday is even worse!

I'm sure I won't be the only one out for the Joshua Klitschko fight tonight, so an early start won't be ideal on Sunday.
I'm working the 6-6 shift tonight, home, shower, dressed, local at 9 to get the party started then upto the tram, into Sheffield to meet at the train station at 10:30, the rest of the day will be drinking, singing and emotions, then back on the tram, our lass should be just about ready, if she starts getting ready before I leave the house that is!!!, and off to the local to carry on the celebrations as Ive got Sunday night off!
Then, a big breakfast and recovery session before going back to work Monday afternoon!! Wasn't missing this for anything!!!

I like a man with a plan..........:)

Why does it have to be 12 O'clock on a Sunday? Damn you EFL!

True. It hardly gives vanloads of 'Durham Constabulary' time to get down for such a high risk game...

Seriously, it's a great time. It gives the rest of the day to visit the Continental Market on Fargate, a visit to the Winter Gardens to perv Hazel Irvine and many hours to get pissed.

Biggest crowd since April 28th 2012 v. Stevenage in the League? (30,043)

The atmosphere will be easily the best of the season .

Fewer Drunken disgraces = better atmosphere .

Every game to kick off 11.30pm based on that theory. I found that midweek evening matches have often been the best for atmosphere. Kind of bucks your theory though.

It's why the season for us ends a week before the rest of the EFL that does it for me . Why does this happen ?
FA Cup final is on the 27th May so one of the play off final has been brought forward a week. Dont know why L1 play off final has been chosen for May 20th rather than L2 play off final.

Last May I had made plans to go to my school reunion dinner (in Hinckley) on May 20th thinking that the L1 play off final would be played on Sunday May 28th. When I re-checked after the fixtures came out last June I feared that I would miss the play off final so thankfully we went up automatically!
