I'll be very surprised if Wolves want him back unless they have lots of injuries. Their manager just a few days ago said it's unlikely they will call him back this season and I can see why. Even if Wolves start plummeting they are more likely to go into the transfer market in January then calling back a young lad to save their season.

Their loss is our gain.

He might go back but if you can put yourself in their shoes then why would you bring back a kid who won't improve your first team right now? I'm more concerned of another club putting a bid in for him but I'll also be surprised if Wolves sell.

Wolves will spend money on improving the team in the areas it needs during January TW. If they were strapped for cash they might well bring back a kid from a mid table championship side (currently). But they is no evidence to suggest money is an issue for wolves. More likely to spunk another £15 million on a new Portuguese wonder kid. Aka Andre Almeida or Sousa.

Love him. He's a class player, he plays with a smile on his face and celebrates like this is his boyhood club and he loves being here. Really wish we could find a way to keep him but I suspect he'll be called back in January. Pray for Wolves to start climbing the table, without getting injuries.
I've just seen a replay of his celebration after Mousset's equalizer. To say this lad is on loan, he really seems to be loving it here.

You're 100% right with this one, if we had the capacity to buy MGW we'd never have needed to sell David Brooks..

The biggest problem we've had for years is money, its an illusion that we're a big hitter due to parachute money etc and it doesn't stop opposition fans quoting that were "parachute rich" if they knew what we know they wouldn't say that, as again*, we took a 10 million loan straight away on relegation (*see kmc last time)..

We are in a need to be promoted zone weather we're good enough or not, that's where we are, this is a situation we've been in before when warnock put us down and we know the score there..

MGW is the kind of player we sell, not buy..

I know the Prince is a massive improvement from kmc, but he's not rich enough to pay 35m in the champ for this player... And that's what he's worth, and finally, other top PL clubs will have been took back by how good he is, don't be too surprised if Newcastle test wolves on this ladin January..

I rate him that highly.
Yeah, his attitude alone could see him easily outgrow his parent club, probably sooner rather than later.

We all see his quality but his workrate, desire and effort is absolutely top class.
Even listening to him speak, his attitude is Brilliant.

I think he will make it at the very very top!

What a player. The touches, the movement and creativity. A couple of duff touches but for what what he gives us I’ll take that. Someone correct me if I’m wrong but I believe we have no option to buy? Whilst Didsy came on and won the match and along with Mouse deservedly takes the plaudits he’s a reyt player.

Slav please find a way to buy him and the Stoke 36, Soutter! (Assuming he plays like that every week)
£20m-£25m player no chance we can get him tbh as much as I wish we could!

Here's a guy who just enjoyes playing football, the preverbial kid in the sweet shop, he's got all the tricks in his toolbox, if we keep him till the summer, great. He appears to have an infectious enthusiasm that rubs off on everyone, players and supporters, let's just enjoy him, what will be will be UTB

The noises from Wolves CURRENTLY suggest they are happy for him to stay here for the season. I'd imagine as long as they aren't struggling or have an injury crisis we should be good for him to stay till season end, which could be vital for our season. (This is the problem with loaning players sometimes too!)

Beyond this if we were able to gain promotion and obviously this is a big IF. Then there is a chance Wolves might be open to offers. If he has a good season with us then expect a fee in the region of 15-25m. Thing is though, if he has a good season with us and we are promoted clubs such as Villa, Leeds, Palace, essentially anyone lower half PL teams will likely be interested too... so then it would probably come down to wages again.
