Possibly our hardest game left this season – but then Villa and Derby away were both tough but we still came away with a point from each game.

Fulham last lost a league game in The Championship on 16th December 2017, when they lost 0-1 at…Sunderland. Since then, they have won ten and drawn three of thirteen league fixtures.

I last visited our recent meetings with Fulham here. Since then, we met Fulham in an incredible night match on 21st November, 2017. 2-3 down at half-time, we would lose this game 4-5. A hat-trick from Leon Clarke and a first (and last?) goal by Samir Carruthers could not prevent only our second home defeat of the season. 2-5 down at one stage, two late Blades goals gave the result some respectability:

After this seemingly-crushing defeat, United were still in third spot. This game came straight after the away match at Burton in which Paul Coutts’ season would end, and would be the first of six winless games before we beat Sunderland at home on Boxing Day.

Form Guide:

A terrific run of form has seen Fulham storm into second place based on the last six league games.

League Table:

Fulham are up to fourth in the Championship table but, having played a game more than the teams above them, have it all to do to claim an automatic spot.

Men to watch:

Obviously the mercurial Ryan Sessegnon is Fulham’s stand-out player, but they have quality all over the pitch, not least Aleksandar Mitrovic (currently on loan from Newcastle and with three goals in three games since he arrived at Fulham).

A tough game indeed.
But this is the championship, anything can happen.
I'm going 2-1 Fulham.

Last time I was at Craven Cottage Jimmy Bullard nicked the points. Another game from many that season where a point would have made all the difference.

Kenny; Bromby (Sommeil 80'), Morgan, Jagielka, Davis; Tonge (Quinn 72'), Leigertwood, Montgomery (Nade 64'), Armstrong; Webber, Hulse

Definitely the worst team to come to Bramall Lane in our prem season under Warnock. 2-0 win and could have been more. Remember Liam Rosenior being particularly bad

Didn’t we get a draw on a Sunday under Warnock? Got absolutely soaked on that open away end. We scored at the opposite end to the away fans.

My first ever away game watching the Blades was at Fulham, in the cup 1966' drew 1-1 (Mick Jones equaliser I think) back at the Lane we did 'em. Funny because my everlasting memory is after the match travelling on the tube, saw that we were at Traffalger Square, got off the tube, ran upstairs, saw Nelsons Column and loads of pigeons, ran back and got on the tube, back to the SUT coach, weird.

1967. Mick Jones scored first. Yes, we won the replay 3-1 at BDTBL wearing the all white kit again. Birchenall and Punton (2) were the scorers

I was at that game, thanks for the memory. As a 15 year old I didn't consider the game to be as 1 sided as the bbc. Mick Jones was my hero and his goal was far superior to twat sniffer. I'm pretty certain that Punton only scored 3 for us, two in the replay and the late winner at the kop end (I think) to beat the pigs 1-0,

Yes, scored just 3 for us.

Unfortunately, this will be memorable for the wrong reason.
