If I just take season ticket to Meadowhall will they nock the 20% off or do I need to go ticket office and get the physical voucher? Seems daft if so, anyone know?

As they’ve issued the single use voucher this season and not the season discount card, I think you’ll need the voucher. Bit pissed off that they changed this for the PL season. TBH whilst the team and all in the pitch are amazing, the PL has changed the club’s attitude to its fans. Never felt more like a customer at BDTBL. Shame really.

This is true, the fans seem to be an after thought this season?

I much prefer the new system....I’ve bought 3 shirts and a trainig top ....all with a 20% discount.

In previous years it was only a 10% discount.

Yes you need the voucher ,may as well just go to the Lane shop then

I’m looking to use this for Christmas. So I need to go to the ticket office for the voucher ? What’s the shop at the ground like now ?

I’ve had a look online and there doesn’t seem to be that many products available in many of the popular sizes ?

Does the Meadowhall shop stock much more

I've found that too anything I like don't seem to be available, mind you it don't help when you are 17st. Anything over XL seems to be not available, hopefully next season we might get some better stuff in with a good range of sizes.

Please bear in mind that the 20% off vouchers expire at the end of December this year. Wasn't mentioned anywhere in the promo, but It's written on the back of the vouchers!

Need the voucher.

If you use online ticket sales the voucher barcode is tracked against your Season Card

Buy online and collect in store...woman at Meadowhall shop told me that.

They’re going to do the following sizes;
L, XL, XXL, FF (Fat fucker) YFK (you’re fucking kidding) and Tango.

I thought it was alright. More or less what’s in the Lane shop.
What were you expecting?

I wasn't referring to what discount you get, but the ticket, points, membership scenario.

I went down to the Lane to buy 4 shirts on the Saturday before the Wolves game. Despite the fact that the superstore was open I was wasting my time as I couldn’t get my 20% voucher as the ticket office had closed at 12. (It was now 12.15pm) How bloody stupid is that? Surely United can come up with something more convenient for fans?. Due to work I couldn’t get any sooner.
“You can still buy your shirts” was the reply from the shop assistant. Yes love, 4 shirts with premier league badges on isn’t worth the £46.40 discount is it?

We make a point of looking in all the Club shops when we go away. Ours is by far the least impressive in terms of what it offers. I get why Chelsea, Spurs ( Makes Man U look small!) Everton West Ham etc have bigger and better shops but I’m not sure why the likes of Bournemouth with their tiny fan base would offer so much more. Big job for the club to do here.
