Who knows with McNulty.
Most of us would of accepted if CW had let Coutts and Freeman go at the start of the season without too much noise.
And certainly some of the comments towards Scougal were pretty offensive, and he's improved as well.
Who are we to say that Wlider can't get goals and the right attitude out of McNulty .
Not too much missing from this team to finally get out of this wretched league ,but a second goal scorer is certainly something that would help.

I just think he's a risk not worth taking. You bring him back and all the sudden he turns the heads of some of our younger contingent and they start their little drinking club again, I'm thinking of Scougall and Freeman who seemed to be part of that clan of cunts last year (also inclusive of Adams and McGahey). They seem to have turned it around now and have been an integral part of our rise. I see McNulty has just recently had a kid, I don't know if that's his first, but maybe Wilder sees that as possibly enough reason for him to grow up and put his head down?

I hope so, though the suggestion from Wilder in his post-match interview is that he's sticking around. My concern with that is that his involvement makes the prospects we'll bring in a new striker less likely.

So having McNulty as a fifth choice striker is a good thing. If he was first or second choice then ye let's worry about that..

Couldn't agree more!! Really do not understand people slagging off our own players! We are top of the league and CW has surely earned enough credit to accept he is making good decisions for the right reasons? Many people wanted rid of Freeman and Coutts not long ago and now most think they are great!! Give everyone a chance under CW, support them and see what he decides to do - he may we'll get us a few vital goals to get promotion??

Well that's not actually the case SP, is it.

It actually turns out, I don't know if you heard, that it was the failings of the legal profession that robbed us of the services of Ched Evans in the latter stages of the season and play off final. You can no more blame him for our failings, than you can call him a rapist.

Granted, he cheated on Natasha, but I doubt Danny Wilson would have left him out because of that.

Sadly I can only give the above one like but it completely sums up our season. We would have all happily paid for taxis for Coutts et al, yet CW saw something else. He needed them and his man management skills have allowed him to very effectively use them. Bringing potentially disaffected transfer listed players back on board, is no mean feat.

Maybe, just maybe, we should trust CW more and be a bit less cynical?

I'm the first to post lollipop and sweater jokes but if CW thinks he has a part to play them I'll happily go along with that.
