Same starting 11 until we lose, everyone should keep there place , others have to bide there time until called

I agree, too much long ball in our game when Didsy isn't there to link the play.
That’s under orders though clearly because McBurnie or sometimes Sharp goes long and then we launch it to them. McBurnie in particular is more than capable of linking play, won’t be as silly as Didsy but he’s got a good touch on him and good footwork. We just don’t seem to play like that.

I almost agee. But I think Lundstram deserves to start the next game

Tough one isn't it. Wilder's approach is to make sure players have a strong competitor for their place in the side to keep them on their toes. Lundstram's performance (and winner) today couldn't have demonstrated how this works any better. But we saw flashes of world class brilliance from Berge that showed why the best clubs on the planet were interested in him... but Wilder doesn't select a team on reputation alone... and if Berge had scored that goal that Lunny scored you can be sure the back pages of Monday's papers would be soaked in football pundit spunk over The Next Solskjær... If our next game was PL i'd start Lunny but it being FA Cup i'd give Sander another outing.

I wouldn't say Berges flashes were world class, they were promising, but not world class and they were just flashes.

I think being dropped in favour of Lundstram would do Berge good. Lundstram's earned the shirt, Berge needs to work hard and win it back!

Oli seems to hold the ball up up really well too.

I love Didsy, but I think our current best setup up front is a combination of

McG or McB with
Sharp or Mousse

Don't think McGoldrick and Oli work very well together because although they play with different styles, they perform a similar role in terms of being the link to the striker up top. McBurnie is undroppable on current form, so Dids will just have to wait for his chance again.

I agree 100% that McBurnie and Billy have been great recently. I dont think Moose is a starter, currently. Zivcovic, we dont know yet (suspect he might be a week or two off, fitness-wise due to Chinese pre season).

But for me, McGoldrick starts if he’s fit. Makes us tick and we look and feel better and more fluid with him out there. Who in place of? No idea. No right or wrong answer. Like I say, cant argue against Billy or McBurnies contributions or the old “dont break up a winning team” point.

Lets be honest, its a nice problem to have and I’m glad its not my decision to make. In CWAK we trust...
