it really is time we tried something different play 451 with brewster up top and mcgoldrick slightly off him just in front of the 4 other midfielders kick lundstram out put bogle on the right side in front of george and maybe even give zak brunt a run out but lundstram has to be pulled out he offers us zero every game he plays

If I was in Oli's shoes and I was reading this, I'd be wanting to ram these comments back down our throats.............

Over to you.

McBurnie's not had a good season, but very few have and I think in a team that has so little possession and clear cut chances we can give McBurnie some slack. He has missed some presentable chnces, West Ham at home springs to mind and his headers have a knack of finding the keeper too much, but his overall game is good, he links play well and next season he'll get chances to score and I think if he stays then he'll be a big player next season for us.

His first season showed what he can do in a team playing with more confidence and he had some crcking games last season, sadly like most of the team his form has dropped this season, but the forwards do rely on service and there's been so little of that this season as I said.

i really hope your right on mcburnie booker but im afraid i dont share your optimism even in the championship i dont think hes certain to score that many just dont rate the guy i think hes had his best seasons for me if a club comes in with a 10m bid for him i would snatch their hands off

I doubt anyone will come in for him other than Swansea if they get promoted maybe. I'd like to see McBurnie in the Championship next season, sell the Moose, and have McBurnie and Brewster as the main two next season. With the right service those two could score 20 each. I think with Norrington-Davies and Bogle as wing backs, assuming we stick with the 3-5-2 and with a more creative midfield we can expect goals from whoever we play up top to be honest, but McBurnie offers us height and link up play as well as a presence and would be great for someone faster to play off, such as Brewster.

If you look at last season when McBurnie had more service and the team was playing well he caused most teams problems last season. That's my logic anyway!

I bet they're just chucking themselves down the stairs or doing a belly flop off the garden shed to get out of playing.
Have the Health and safety inspector been called in? All sounds a bit sick note to me.

I'm beginning to wonder if the players are having a raffle each month,

where the winner wins an injurie and time off.......

Least we now know why he started playing with his socks around his ankles.
He must have lost the raffle every week. Had to come up with another way by not wearing shinpads.

im hoping we dont stick with 352 booker its run its race for me that system 433 would be my preference next season but a basic 442 might be good enough in the championship and would possibly enable us to play burke in his proper position as a winger

Didn’t he get sent off in his first game back too?
Yep. Out between a 1-1 draw against Wednesday in April 2010 and a 3-0 defeat to Watford in March 2011 where both he and Lee Williamson got sent off in the first half.

Yep. One of the worst away days I can remember.

Down to 9 after about half an hour; losing 2-0, I think, at HT; surrounded by Utd fans flinging vile abuse at a Watford player as he was carted off on a stretcher, in obvious distress, wearing an oxygen mask; drenched in piss from the arseholed twat in the seat behind me.

Dear Football Gods. Please never, ever, send me back to fucking Watford. And please let us never again sign a donkey of the calibre of Darius “Donkeyus“ Henderson.

Funnily enough, one of my favourite away days was at Watford and involved Darius Henderson. He put Watford 2-0 (and was absolutely bullying Leigh Bromby) but we stormed back to win 3-2. I remember Ifill scored a cracker and I think the winner was a Clark Carlisle own goal.

I saw yesterday the highlights of Swansea's 2 1 win v United. He scored for them. Opening game, August 2018. Socks round ankles from the off.

The most successful season in my time and he was joint top scorer and 3rd for MOTM performances despite a sizeable portion of voters dead against him.

31 goals in 59 appearances in the division we will be playing in next season and still only 24.

He may or may not make it with us but to suggest he has nothing about him and to describe him as a pub player is madness.

If we were another championship club looking to get promoted we would say he's put in some good performances in the premier league in a poor sheffield united team and has proven he is prolific in the championship, would be a great signing.
