boros had 2 nice home games while we had two stiff away games

After a result like today's, positive thinking isn't really welcome on here.

In November we would have been disappointed with that.
Who would have thought a team that finished 27 points below us last season would be only a point behind us now and with their own outside chance of the play-offs?
It's a tough league but a club with far less resources than us is showing there isn't much to be feared beyond the very few clubs who've really done us this season.
Hence the disappointment with games like today and Hull.

I’ve read so much rubbish about today.
We completely dominated for 90 mins away from home. Yes we missed some chances, but the pitch was awful and overall we were fine. For me it has been a good performance, with a good away point and a clean sheet.

so for next season;
1 Improve goal scorers - they are too old
2 Improve defence - they concede too many [don't concede don't lose]
3 Be more consistent
4 Have a plan B & C
5 Play the technically better players [Brooks - Duffy - Holmes] regularly
6 Dump the failing players

That is all there is to it!

Ah well, I still stand by my belief it'd be better for us to strengthen and give it a real good go next season when we're more used to the Championship.
